These are the terms of service for ReelWisp. Treat this as a solid starting point reflecting how the app actually operates - not a final, lawyer-reviewed document for a public commercial launch.

Using ReelWisp

ReelWisp is a subscription tool for generating short-form video content from a script or topic, using text-to-speech narration, stock footage, and AI-assisted writing. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

You're interacting with AI

ReelWisp generates content using AI systems, including AI-assisted script writing, AI-selected visual search queries, and AI text-to-speech narration. Content you generate is AI-generated and should be labeled or disclosed as such wherever required by the platform you publish it to or by applicable law.

Your content, your responsibility

You're responsible for what you generate and how you use it, including:

Making sure any topics or scripts you submit don't infringe on someone else's rights or violate the law.
Complying with the terms of service of wherever you publish generated videos (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
Respecting the license terms of the third-party stock footage, music, and AI services this app uses on your behalf.

Content accuracy

ReelWisp includes AI-assisted fact-checking on some topics, but accuracy is never guaranteed. If you generate content about real people, events, or history, you are responsible for independently verifying any factual claims before publishing. ReelWisp is not liable for errors, omissions, or disputes arising from generated content.

What you can't use ReelWisp to generate

Because ReelWisp's narration is built on third-party AI voice services, your use of ReelWisp cannot be more permissive than what those services allow. You may not use ReelWisp to generate content involving:

Sexual content involving minors, or any content that endangers or sexualizes children.
Content that infringes intellectual property or violates someone's privacy rights.
Illegal goods, services, or activity.
Fraud, scams, or deliberately deceptive content intended to cause harm.
Impersonation of a real person without their consent, including deceptive use of someone's likeness or voice.
Voter suppression, election misinformation, or impersonation of a political candidate.
Malware, unauthorized system access, or surveillance tools.
Violent threats, terrorism, hate speech or discrimination, harassment, or promotion of self-harm (outside clearly fictional/educational context).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Subscriptions and billing

ReelWisp is offered on paid subscription plans with monthly usage limits. Billing is handled by our payment provider. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReelWisp. If you are under 18 (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher), you need a parent or guardian's permission.

No warranty

ReelWisp is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Generated content (facts, scripts, footage matches) may contain errors - always review before publishing.

Limitation of liability

The operator of ReelWisp isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or the content it generates, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Features, availability, and these terms may change at any time.
